Billing

Users of Sentinel Hub can choose between various subscription packages. These differ, among other, by the monthly/yearly/custom quotas of processing units and requests. As long as the consumption is within the subscribed limits, responses by our services shall be delivered in timely fashion. On the other hand, requests which violate any of the agreed upon policies will be responded to with a HTTP 403 response and a message informing the user on which limit has been exceeded.

We are able to adjust billing quotas for each individual user so do contact our Support for specific requirements.

Billing policy

A billing defines either how many processing units or HTTP requests can be used per given time period or in total. Both processing units and requests are measured and the level of available quota depends on your account (see pricing plans). You can see your current billing policies in the Sentinel Hub Dashboard.

For monthly quotas, available billing volume is reset every 1st of the month, regardless on which day you have started your subscription.

Unused processing units and requests do not accumulate. If there are still some processing units or requests available at the end of the billing period, these will be cleared before the account is reset to the agreed billing quota.
